So by oath of the things you see. 38 and all that you do not see, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
