I do not need to swear by what you see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
