Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And what you do not see 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
