Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
