Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52

True are the words of God the Almighty.
