But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
