Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
