But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
