Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52

True are the words of God the Almighty.
