Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
