Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
