Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
