But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52
