BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
