Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
