But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
