Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he invented sayings against Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
