Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I do call to witness what ye see, 38 and what you do not see 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
