But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And what ye see not, 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
