But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Therefore-glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 52
