So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is this the speech of a soothsayer. Little do you reflect! 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 Had he invented sayings against Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
