Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
