What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Never! We have indeed created them from a thing they know. 39 No, I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We have the ability 40 to replace them by a better people and none can challenge Our power. 41 So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised, 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
