Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
So what is the matter with these disbelievers, that they stare at you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him)? 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 What, is every one of them eager to be admitted to the Garden of Bliss? 38 By no means! They know that which We have created them from. 39 But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised 42 The day when they will come out of their graves in all haste as though rushing to their altars, 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
