Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee- 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Not so; for We have created them of what they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 To replace them by those better than them; and none can escape from Us. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
