Noah (Nooh)
28 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Bee (Al-nahl) before Abraham (Ibrahim)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
WE SENT NOAH to his people to warn them before the painful punishment came upon them. 1 [And Noah] said: "O my people! I am but a plain warner to you, [sent to tell you] 2 Worship God, have fear of Him and obey me. 3 He will forgive your sins and will grant you respite until an appointed term. Indeed when Allah's appointed term comes, it cannot be deferred; if you only knew!” 4 Noah said, "My Lord, I have been preaching to my people, night and day, 5 but my call has only increased them in running away. 6 And verily so oft as I call them, that Thou mayest forgive them, they place their fingers into their ears, and wrap themselves with their garments, and persist, and are stiff-necked. 7 "So I have called to them aloud; 8 And declared to them in public and in private, 9 Then I said, Ask forgiveness of your Lord, surely He is the most Forgiving: 10 He will send down upon you the cloud, pouring down abundance of rain: 11 And will give you increase of wealth and sons, and give you gardens and springs of water. 12 strengthen you by (providing) you wealth and children, and make gardens and streams for you. What is the matter with you that you are not afraid of the greatness of God 13 when He has created you through different stages of existence? 14 Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layers 15 And has made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp? 16 "'And Allah has produced you from the earth growing (gradually), 17 And afterward He maketh you return thereto, and He will bring you forth again, a (new) forthbringing. 18 Allah has made the earth spread out for you 19 That ye may thread the valley-ways thereof. 20

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
