In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
We sent Noah to his nation, saying: 'Give warning to your nation before a painful punishment overtakes them' 1 He said, “O my people! I am indeed a Herald of clear warnings to you.” 2 Worship Allah, and fear Him, and obey me. 3 and He will forgive you your sins, and defer you to a stated term; God's term, when it comes, cannot be deferred, did you but know."' 4 He said; 'My Lord, I have called my people by night and by day, 5 but my call has only caused them to flee farther and farther away [from Thee]. 6 Each time I called them so that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers in their ears and wrapped themselves in their garments, and persisted becoming very proud. 7 Then indeed I called them openly; 8 then indeed I spoke publicly unto them, and I spoke unto them secretly, 9 And I told them: 'Ask your Lord to forgive you. He is verily forgiving. 10 and He will loose heaven upon you in torrents 11 and will aid you with worldly goods and children, and will bestow upon you gardens, and bestow upon you running waters. 12 What has come upon you that you do not fear the majesty of God, 13 He has created you by stages! 14 Do you not see how God has created the seven heavens one above another, 15 and made the moon therein a light, and made the sun a lamp, 16 "'And Allah has produced you from the earth growing (gradually), 17 Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction. 18 Allah has made the earth spread out for you 19 So that you may walk upon its spacious paths.' 20

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
