But they did not listen to me," Noah said, "and followed him whose wealth and children only added to his ruin. 21 And they contrived a plot of great magnitude, 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 They have misled many and the unjust will achieve nothing but more error". 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant. 26 "For, if Thou dost leave (any of) them, they will but mislead Thy devotees, and they will breed none but wicked ungrateful ones. 27 O Lord, forgive me, my parents, and any one who enters my house as a believer, and all believing men and women, and do not give the evil-doers increase save in ruin. 28
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
