Nooh 2 of 2
Noah supplicated, "Lord, they have disobeyed me, and followed those whose wealth and children have only added to their ruin; 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 and they said [to their followers], "Do not ever abandon your deities: abandon neither Wadd, nor Suwa', and neither Yaghuth, nor Yauq nor Nasr!" 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Noah said, 'My Lord, leave not upon the earth of the unbelievers even one. 26 if You do, they will mislead Your servants and will only give birth to ungrateful sinners. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house as a believer, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin! 28
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
