Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 And they contrived a plot of great magnitude, 22 "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr (names of the idols); 23 And they misled many. So do not give the evil-doers increase but in error. 24 And because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a Fire, for they found not, apart from God, any to help them. 25 And Nuh said: my Lord! leave not upon the earth of the infidels one inhabitant. 26 "If You leave them, they will mislead Your slaves, and they will beget none but wicked disbelievers." 27 My Lord, forgive me and my parents, and whoever enters my house as a believer, and forgive all believers, both men and women, and do not increase the wrong-doers in anything except perdition.” 28
