Nooh 2 of 2
Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 and who have devised a most awesome blasphemy [against Thee,] 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 "They have already misled many; and grant Thou no increase to the wrong-doers but in straying (from their mark)." 24 Because of their sins, they were drowned and made to enter hell. They could find no one to help them besides God. 25 And Noah prayed: "O my Sustainer! Leave not on earth any of those who deny the truth: 26 if You do, they will mislead Your servants and will only give birth to ungrateful sinners. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction! 28
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
