28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Say: 'It has been revealed to me that a company of the jinn gave ear, then they said, "We have indeed heard a Koran wonderful, 1 "which guides to the Right Way; so we have come to believe in it, and we will not associate aught with Our Lord in His Divinity”; 2 for [we know] that sublimely exalted is our Sustainer's majesty: no consort has He ever taken unto Himself, nor a son! 3 And that the foolish one among us used to speak concerning Allah an atrocious lie. 4 ‘Whereas we thought that men and jinns would never fabricate a lie against Allah!’ 5 Yet [it has always happened] that certain kinds of humans would seek refuge with certain kinds of [such] invisible forces: but these only increased their confusion 6 So they began to think, even as you do, that God would not resurrect any one. 7 We sought to pry into the secrets of the heavens, but found it full of fierce guards and shooting flames. 8 we used to take up a position to listen, but whoever listens now finds a flaming fire lying in wait for him -- 9 And that we know not whether evil is meant for those who are on earth or whether their Lord means to bring them good: 10 and that “some of us are upright and some of us are otherwise for we follow widely divergent paths”; 11 And we know that we cannot frustrate Allah in the earth, nor can we frustrate Him by flight. 12 and that “when we heard the teaching of the Right Way we came to believe in it; he who believes in His Lord shall have no fear of suffering loss or being subjected to any injustice”; 13 and that “among us some are Muslims (Those who have submitted to Allah), and some of us are deviant. So those who became Muslims found the Right Course; 14 And as for those who are unjust, they are firewood for hell. 15 Would they but go straight on the way, We would give them to drink of water copious, 16 so as to test them by this means: for he who shall turn away from the remembrance of his Sustainer, him will He cause to undergo suffering most grievous. 17 And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone. 18 When the worshiper of Allah stood supplicating to Him, they swarmed around him (Prophet Muhammad). 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
