Nay, by the moon, 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Verily it is one of the greatest woes. 35 a warning to mortal man 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Each soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 except the people of the right hand 39 In gardens they will ask one another 40 About the guilty: 41 What has brought you into hell? 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 until there came to us the certainty. 47 So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 As though they were asses startled. 50 That had fled from a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 Nay, but they do not [believe in and hence, do not] fear the life to come. 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
