NAY, but consider the moon! 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 And by oath of the morning, when it spreads light. 34 Verily it is one of the greatest woes. 35 Warn the men. 36 To any of you that chooses to press forward, or to follow behind;- 37 Each one is a hostage to one's deeds, 38 Except the Companions of the Right Hand. 39 Sitting in the gardens, asking 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 and we did not feed the poor; 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 until death approached us". 47 The intercession of the intercessors shall then be of no avail to them. 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 That had fled from a lion? 51 Indeed, each one of them desires to be given unrolled scrolls. 52 This will certainly never be the case! In fact, they are not afraid of the Day of Judgment. 53 No indeed; surely it is a Reminder; 54 Let him who will take heed: 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir). Sent down in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
