No! By the moon 32 And [by] the night when it departs 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 A warning to mankind, 36 To any of you that chooses to go forward (by working righteous deeds), or to remain behind (by commiting sins), 37 Every soul is pledged to what it does, 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 who shall be in the Gardens, and shall ask 40 Concerning the guilty: 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They shall say, 'We were not of those who prayed, and 43 And did not feed the needy, 44 “And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly.” 45 and we cried lies to the Day of Doom, 46 Until there came to us the certainty." 47 The mediation of no mediators will avail them then. 48 Then what is wrong with them that they turn away from admonition, 49 as if they were startled asses 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay; every one of them desires that he may be given pages spread out; 52 No! But they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 Let him then who heeds remember it. 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
