I say the truth, and call the moon to witness, 32 By the night when it withdraweth. 33 By the morning when it brighteneth. 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 a warning to humankind, 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except those of the right hand 39 In gardens they will ask one another 40 of those who were lost in sin: 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They said, “We never used to offer the prayer.” 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 and we gave the lie to the Day of Judgement 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them. 48 Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 running away from a lion? 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay, this surely is an admonition: 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
