Nay! By the moon 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except the people of the right hand, 39 Sitting in the gardens, asking 40 concerning the sinners, 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 and we did not feed the poor, 44 And we have been wading with the waders. 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 till the certainty (death) overtook us' 47 Then will no intercession of (any) intercessors profit them. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 as though they were frightened wild asses, 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 Nay, verily, this (Quran) is an admonition, 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 And what advice will they heed, except if Allah wills? Only He deserves to be feared, and His only is the greatness of forgiving. 56
Almighty Allah's Truth.
