Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ I swear by the Day of Resurrection 1 and nay, I swear by the self-reproaching soul! 2 Does man imagine that We will not be able to bring his bones together again? 3 We certainly have the power to restore them even the very tips of their finger. 4 But man would fain deny what is before him. 5 He asketh: When will be this Day of Resurrection? 6 But when sight is confounded 7 And the moon will be eclipsed. 8 and the sun and the moon are joined together, 9 That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?" 10 By no means! No place of safety! 11 Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest. 12 On that Day, man will be told of all that he has sent before and what he has left behind. 13 Aye! man against himself shall be an enlightenment. 14 even though he offer his excuses. 15 Move not thy tongue with it to hasten it; 16 for, behold, it is for Us to gather it [in thy heart,] and to cause it to be read [as it ought to be read]. 17 And when We have recited it to you [O Muhammad SAW through Jibrael (Gabriel)], then follow you its (the Quran's) recital. 18 The exposition of its meaning surely rests on Us. 19 NAY, but [most of] you love this fleeting life, 20 And leave (neglect) the Hereafter. 21 Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah (shining and radiant). 22 Looking towards their Lord; 23 And on that Day there shall be scowling faces, 24 certain of facing a great calamity. 25 Some people, certainly, do not believe in it, but when a person's soul reaches up to his throat 26 and it is said: “Is there any enchanter who can step forward and help (by his chanting)?” 27 And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation 28 And leg will be joined with another leg (shrouded) 29 unto thy Lord that Day is the drive. 30

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
