So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray!- 31 but rejected the Truth and turned away! 32 Then he walked in full pride to his family admiring himself! 33 Woe to you, and woe! 34 Woe to you! For you, the human being of such behavior, will certainly deserve it. 35 Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)? 36 Was he not just a drop of the semen that is discharged? 37 Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did (Allah) make and fashion (him) in due proportion. 38 And made of him a pair, the male and female. 39 Cannot such as He bring the dead to life? 40
