For he confirmed it not, and did not pray, 31 on the contrary, he gave the lie to the Truth and turned his back upon it, 32 and then went arrogantly back to what he had come from. 33 Near to you and nearer, 34 Again, woe unto thee, woe! 35 Does the human think he will be left to roam at will? 36 Was he not once just a drop of discharged sperm. 37 which then became a leech-like clot; then God shaped and fashioned him in due proportion, 38 Then He made of him two kinds, the male and the female. 39 Is not He able to give life to the dead? 40
