(Muhammad), We have revealed the Quran to you in gradual steps. 23 So be patient for the decision of your Lord and do not obey from among them a sinner or ungrateful [disbeliever]. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 and in the night prostrate to Him; and exalt Him for a long night. 26 Behold, they [who are unmindful of God] love this fleeting life, and leave behind them [all thought of] a grief-laden Day. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 This chapter is a reminder. Let those who want, seek guidance from their Lord. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He admits whoever He will into His grace and has prepared a painful punishment for the evil doers. 31
