Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 So persevere with the command of your Lord and do not pay any heed to the wicked and the unbelieving, 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
