It is We Who have sent down the Qur'an to thee by stages. 23 So submit patiently to thy Lord's command, and obey not of them any guilty one or disbeliever. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made them of strong built. And when We will, We can replace them with others like them with a complete replacement. 28 Verily this is an admonition; then whosoever will, may choose a way unto his Lord. 29 But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom. 30 He admits to His mercy whomever He wants. For the unjust He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
God the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
