Al-Insan 2 of 2

We have revealed the Qur'an to you gradually; 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 And celebrate the name of thy Lord morning and evening, 25 And during the night - worship Him; and hallow Him the livelong night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
