Al-Insan 2 of 2
(Muhammad), We have revealed the Quran to you in gradual steps. 23 So persevere with the command of your Lord and do not pay any heed to the wicked and the unbelieving, 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 Indeed, these love the hasty life, and are heedless and leave behind them a heavy Day. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 But you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. 30 He admits whosoever He will to His benevolence. But for the evil-doers He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
