Al-Insan 2 of 2
VERILY, [O believer,] it is We who have bestowed from on high this Qur'an upon thee, step by step - truly a bestowal from on high! 23 So submit patiently to thy Lord's command, and obey not of them any guilty one or disbeliever. 24 Remember the name of thy Lord at morn and evening. 25 and prostrate yourself before Him at night, and extol His Glory during the long watches of the night. 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 We created them and strengthened their joints; and whenever We wish, We can change their faces entirely. 28 This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. 29 Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. 30 He makes whom He pleases to enter into His mercy; and (as for) the unjust, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
