It is We Who have sent down the Qur'an to thee by stages. 23 so be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and obey not one of them, sinner or unbeliever. 24 And celebrate the name of thy Lord morning and evening, 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Those people [who are unmindful of God] aspire for immediate gains, and put behind them a Heavy Day. 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints, but, when We will, We shall indeed exchange their likes. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. 30 He admits whosoever He will to His benevolence. But for the evil-doers He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
True are the words of God the Almighty.
