Indeed We have sent down the Qur’an upon you, in stages. 23 Await, then, in all patience thy Sustainer's judgment, and pay no heed to any of them, who is a wilful sinner or an ingrate; 24 And remember thou the name of thy Lord in the morning and in the evening. 25 And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. 26 Indeed these people love what they have, the fleeting one, and have forsaken the immensely important day behind them. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you will not unless God wills; surely God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31
