Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 and remember the name of your Lord, morning and evening; 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 These people (disbelievers) love the worldly life and neglect the terrifying day which will come. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This chapter is a reminder. Let those who want, seek guidance from their Lord. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He admits to His Mercy whomsoever He pleases. As for the wrong-doers, He has prepared for them a grievous chastisement. 31
