In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another. 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 And those that bring down the Reminder 5 [promising] freedom from blame or [offering] a warning! 6 that which you have been promised shall be fulfilled. 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 when heaven shall be split 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what day is the time appointed? 12 For the Day of Distinction [between the true and the false]! 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth. 15 Did We not destroy the former generations? 16 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Did We not create you of a mean fluid, 20 and place it in a secure place 21 for an appointed time? 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a repository 25 The living and the dead, 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 "Depart you to a shadow (of Hell-fire smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 that will offer no [cooling] shade and will be of no avail against the flame 31 which - behold! - will throw up sparks like [burning] logs, 32 As if they were Jimalatun Sufr (yellow camels or bundles of ropes)." 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 They will not be able to speak that day, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 For what day is that time fixed? 39 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 40

Each page places a combination of translators from varied cultures, sects, times, countries, cities, and backgrounds together in one room, reflecting unity in diversity, an essential feature of Islam. How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
